Each life touched by this program was changed. Literacy has been strengthened in the City of Buffalo. Hope has been strengthened in Western New York. Across America, hearts were melted and minds were opened to the great effect a little effort can have; when we reach out with love and build a relationship with a child, we don’t just teach them to read. We are given an opportunity to see that the best hope for a peaceful world resides inside of each one of them. And in us.

And we’re preparing for 2016

Already, we’re planning for the summer of 2016 with improved curriculum, more field trips, more volunteers, more youth missioners, and more funding. How can you help build literacy in 2016? Email director@eatoncamp.org to discuss your donation of time, talent, and treasure.

The children of Buffalo need you.

“It’s not that I’m a bad person. This week just made me realize that I can do more. I can do more in my world. Thank you.”

This is the end of our report, One Amazing Summer, but not the end of Eaton Camp! We’re ramping up for next year and if you want to be involved, we want to know about it! Email Sare Anuszkiewicz at director@eatoncamp.org and help make Eaton Camp 2016 an unprecedented success.
