Eaton Camp is returning for a third successful year! If you’re looking for a summer program for your kindergartner, look no further! If you’re a teen or adult looking for a summer volunteer opportunity, read on!
WHERE: The Eaton Summer Reading Program will be held this year at Grace Episcopal Church, 100 Genesee St, Lockport, NY 14094. There will be transportation available for campers before and after camp to the four early education/elementary schools in Lockport.
WHEN: We run from July 10 – August 11, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM. (Note the time change from 1 PM end to a 2 PM end! We’ve done this to accommodate the wishes of the Superintendent of schools.) Volunteers are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late. For Campers, Breakfast is served at 8:00 AM sharp, and lunch is served at 12:30 PM sharp – parents and siblings are welcome to stay in the morning and arrive early in the afternoon and eat for free!
CAMPERS: Children who have completed kindergarten and are rising to 1st grade in September 2017.
REGISTRATION: Open! Camper registration, teen volunteer registration, and adult volunteer registration can all be downloaded here, which is a copy of our 2017 prospectus. All registration forms are located at the back of the document. Please send in the completed registration form either via email to our director at Director@EatonCamp.org, or physically to our program office: Eaton Camp, 4275 Harris Hill Road, Williamsville, NY 14221.
REGISTRATION CLOSES JUNE 20TH. If you aren’t sure you’ll make the deadline, please call our director at 725-8213 to inquire if there are any places available. Registration is first come, first served, both for campers and volunteers. There will be a waiting list for any overflow registrations. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AS SOON AS YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
FEE: Free. This year camp is provided by the Grace Day School.
FOOD: Campers are provided with breakfast, lunch, & a snack. Volunteers are asked to bring a bag lunch.
RESTRICTIONS: We apologize that we are unable to accommodate severe nut allergies and significant learning disabilities.
